Tom Glick
Tom is a respected sports management professional who has spent over 25 years running clubs and leagues in baseball, basketball, ice hockey and soccer in both the US and UK.
Tom spent the first 14 years of his career in baseball before moving to the NBA, first as VP, Marketing & Team Business Development at the League HQ in New York, and later as CMO for the New Jersey Nets. In 2008, Tom moved to the UK to take on the role of CEO at Derby County Football Club.
In 2012, Tom joined City Football Group (CFG) as Chief Commercial & Operating Officer for Manchester City FC and MD of City Football Marketing. He oversaw partnership sales & activation, content production & distribution, retail & licensing, marketing & fan relationship management for all of CFG’s clubs: Manchester City FC, New York City FC, Melbourne City FC & Yokohama F. Marinos. In 2015, Tom moved to New York to launch CFG’s new club in MLS as President. With the launch complete, he returned to the UK to his current role.
