Ted Lowe begin his music business career at the age of 19 at Warner Bros. Records A&R Department under legendary music mogul Benny Medina. At age 24, he transitioned to Sony Music's Epic Records Group as Director of A&R working with artists such as Babyface & Jon B., and on numerous soundtrack recordings.

For the past 17 years, Ted has focused his attention on hand-picking select artists and songs for licensing to ads, movie trailers, film and TV, in partnership with music licensing heavyweight Position Music. Their artist's songs have been featured in countless movie trailers, and Ad campaigns for brands such as Oculus Rift, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi-Strauss, Farmers Insurance, Bud Light, Coors Light, T-Mobile, Dannon, Gap Kids, and many more. Outside of North America, their music is represented by Kobalt Music.

Ted co-founded Position Music's popular Production Music Series in 2003, which provides music for countless shows and networks, including juggernauts America's Got Talent, American Idol, Fox Sports and NBC Sports.

A Southern California native, Ted relocated to Austin in early 2015. He is a graduate of Berklee College of Music
