Javier Sang

Javier ‘Jay’ Sang is an executive producer at hip-hop’s most prominent YouTube channel, WorldstarHipHop. His 2013 short documentary, 'The Field: Violence, Hip-Hop, and Hope in Chicago' saw such popularity that it is currently being turned into a documentary series that will air on Starz later this year. Sang currently serves as a video content manager at WSHH, where he is at the forefront of discovering talent on the rise and identifies how to best program their videos.
