Jason Viglione

Jason is the Director of Global Technical Support for Olapic. He oversees all customer issues, and enablement as well as documentation and training. He has 23 years in technical support ranging from finance to the US Air Force to his current role in a SaaS-based organization, where he has built the team from one to nine engineers in three regions. He is based in Olapic’s New York headquarters where he actively supports more than 400 of the world’s most iconic consumer brands with deployments in 50+ global markets. Jason is at the front lines of ensuring that brands are able to make effective use of the authentic content and assets they rely on to reach their audiences in an authentic and trustworthy way.
