Ted turned a degree in economics to a ten year professional cycling career living in Girona, Spain and racing throughout the world. Retiring in 2015, he thought he’d try his hand at econ but was graciously swayed immediately back to the sport he loves. He now works with the sports' top companies to help lead events, host camps, work with product RnD, and chime in with a word of suggestion or encouragement. Ted also turned his lifelong love of maple syrup into a sports nutrition company, UnTapped. Taking the inherent nutritional benefits of maple syrup to both athletics and general living, UnTapped can be found in nearly 1,000 sports shops, cafes, and grocery stores, from REI to Whole Foods to your local bike shop next door.
