Denise Jackson

As Senior Manager, Benefit at Hulu, LLC, Denise is responsible for development and execution of Hulu’s multi-year benefit strategic as well as oversight of Hulu’s domestic benefits program, international benefit consultation, wellness, leave of absence, and immigration. Denise’s background includes developing benefit programs and strategies for diverse populations including mixed employee populations, multi-location organizations, and taking companies from start-up benefit plans to mature and scalable programs.

With over 12 years of experience, Denise is able to understand the needs of a growing companies – taking into account both the business needs of the organization while recognizing the established employee culture.
