Rachel Arnold

Rachel Arnold joined Vista Equity Partners in 2012. Ms. Arnold is responsible for partnering closely with executive teams to pursue investment strategies, operational improvement, and transformative results. She currently sits on the boards of Gather, SecureLink, and Zapproved and was actively involved in the firm's investments in AGDATA, Autotask, Kibo, Lanyon, LoneWolf, MicroEdge, Mitratech, NEWSCYCLE Solutions, PeopleAdmin, Relias Learning, Social Solutions, and SRC Software. Ms. Arnold previously served as an executive in four Vista portfolio companies: Interim CEO at Social Solutions; Senior Vice President of Product Development, Product Management, and Marketing at Mitratech; Vice President of Product Management & Strategy at MicroEdge; and Business Development at SRC Software. Before joining Vista, Ms. Arnold worked at Interbrand as a Strategy Director focused on technology and financial services sectors. Before her time at Interbrand, Ms. Arnold worked as an Equity Research Associate covering Enterprise Software at Pacific Crest. In addition to her work at Vista, Ms. Arnold is the Co-Founder and Board Chair for the Austin chapter of Friends of the Children; a national nonprofit organization focused on enabling high-risk children and breaking the cycle of generational poverty. Ms. Arnold also serves as a National Advisory Board Member for Philanthropitch, a social impact competition that provides nonprofits and social enterprises with access to human and financial capital.
