Stephen Ippolito

Currently serving as President & Director of Bandier, a branded distribution platform and holding company, selling both owned and 3rd party goods globally. In addition, Stephen, is the Founder of Veritus Holdings, an entity focused on advising (Veritus Group), and investing (Veritus Capital), exclusively in the consumer goods and services sector. Previously, Stephen ran consumer related acquisitions at a variety of institutional firms with clients such as Frame Denim, Roots Canada, Kellwood Company, Haute Hippe, Band of Outsiders, Billabong, Joe’s Jeans, Igloo Coolers, and Alterna Haircare.
