Sonya Sepahban

Sonya has combined her deep expertise in engineering and technology with outstanding execution to build some of the most advanced and innovative products in the world, working at NASA and with major US and international companies. She is an angel investor, Board member, and above all, a problem solver and entrepreneur at heart.

Leveraging her enterprise experience and front row seat witnessing women and minorities’ struggles, as well as management’s challenges, Sonya was inspired to build OurOffice, a key missing piece of the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) puzzle. OurOffice is the world’s most trusted enterprise platform to measure, benchmark and improve Diversity & Inclusion for business success.

Sonya is also a valued member of the Board of Directors of Cooper Standard, a public company and leading automotive supplier, and of Genomenon, a high growth bio-informatics company. As an angel investor, she serves on the five-member Investment Committee of the largest Angel Fund in Michigan (MAF).

With a strong belief in giving back, Sonya also advises and mentors entrepreneurs and aspiring professionals in her spare time.
