Isabella Mulholland
With 20 years of experience, Isabella is a strategist with a multidisciplinary career, having worked on famous global brands, renowned global communication networks, and digital/content startups, including agency networks like Y&R, BBH, and LDC.
She has been with J.Walter Thompson since 2012 as Executive Planning Director and then Head of Strategy of the Brazilian office. In 2016 she moved to London to lead one of the agencies biggest Global Accounts as the head strategist and business leader for Avon.
She has also worked with clients from various categories and has a vast experience in beauty and FMCG: InBev, Coca-Cola, Omo, Johnnie Walker, Kit Kat, Danone, Red Bull, Pepsico, Honda, Shell, and Bayer, amongst others.
Isabella has a quite unique professional background, having built her career pushing the ad industry beyond the status quo. Today, as a Global Head of Strategy and Global Business Leader, she dives into dozens of hyperlocal realities to capture the zeitgeist and social tensions of our days and turn it into brand relevance. Her privileged position allows a very sophisticated POV that will be shared to inspire meaningful discussions for the future of the fashion & beauty industries.
