Tania Webb

Tania is a Managing Director in the Enterprise Risk Services practice. Tania graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from California State University at Fullerton and received her Masters in business administration degree from the University of California, Berkeley. She has over 20 years of experience in business process analysis, financial management and system operations and maintenance. She is Deloitte Advisory’s Lead Engagement Partner for Kaiser Permanente. Tania currently serves as the partner sponsor and champion for Deloitte’s National Black Employee Network PMO. Tania specializes in the design and implementation of business process controls, data integrity, privacy and security for Integrated Business Applications. She has designed and developed business process controls, and security for a variety of Integrated Business and Clinical Application Systems including manual process controls to support the systems. She and her husband, Anthony, reside in Oakland, CA with their two sons.
