Ella Mielniczenko

Ella Mielniczenko is an Executive Producer at working to create new series, properties, and formats. Ella leads BuzzFeed’s Creator Program, along with Caitlin Cowie, which is a new talent initiative within BuzzFeed Studios. Since joining BuzzFeed in 2013, she has overseen the development of scripted content, Latinx content, branded content and partnerships, the launch of BuzzFeed’s Snapchat discover channel, and teams including BuzzFeed Violet and PeroLike. Ella is passionate about digital content and creating spaces for emerging talent.
