Brad Scoffern
Brad Scoffern is a founder of Ceremony of Roses, a media company specializing in artist management, brand building, artist curated events, original content, technology, and recorded music.
Brad spent five years as General Manager at 4Strikes management under Christian Clancy, where he worked as a day to day manager for Tyler, The Creator, Mac Miller, and Odd Future. In addition to artist management, he worked as Director of the Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival and General Manager for Tyler's Golf Wang brand.
Brad got his start in the entertainment business working as a teenager under his older brother, The Grouch, the founder of the hiphop collective Living Legends. While working with the band, Brad learned the craft of the independent music business, making and selling merch, tour managing, and eventually, managing the group. He would then attend Georgetown University to study Political Science with a focus in American Government and Economics.
After working with the Legends and finishing his studies, Brad founded a start-up internet company with Steve Aoki called Pillowface. In a nutshell, it was the college version of Craigslist. Although the venture would fold after three years, Brad learned the valuable lesson of starting and running his own business at a young age. Brad brings a "do it yourself" mentality to his artists and brands -- always focusing on the longterm goals of his clients and building backwards from those goals.
