Chris Howard

I am a serial founder & investor in creative and tech startups. Based in London, UK, I am currently the CEO and co-founder of The Rattle - the world's first Music & Startup studio

With a startup career beginning at MIT in 2009 after a PhD in computational physics and psychology, I set up Libboo - a creative tech marketing company helping talented authors be free of traditional publishers. I then went to set up the MassChallenge accelerator in the UK, and become Entrepreneur in Residence for organisations/accelerators like Techstars, MIT GSW, UCL, and The Digital Catapult.

Now, I am the Founder & CEO of The Rattle. I am heading to SXSW for three reasons.

2) I want to meet artists that want to break free from the traditional music industry - that want to become founders of their own company

3) I want to meet people who may want to become the founding partner of a new Rattle (www.therattle.com) in the US - founding team members, real-estate/government partners, VCs etc.
