Jennifer Shappley

Jennifer leads the Business Recruiting team at LinkedIn supporting Global Sales, Finance, HR, Marketing & Communications and Legal hiring. After spending the last 13 years leading high performing recruiting teams she is thrilled to be at LinkedIn getting to be a part of creating innovative practices in TA. Prior to joining LinkedIn, she led Talent Acquisition at Express Scripts, a $100 billion pharmacy benefit management company, with offices across the US, Canada, and Europe. Her focus areas include building a highly engaged talent acquisition team, establishing effective sourcing strategies, employment brand development, building a strong social media presence, and leveraging technology to improve process and experience.
