Yirser Ra Hotep

Yirser Ra Hotep (Elvrid Lawrence) is Founder and CEO of YogaSkills Stress Management and Wellness. Yirser is a master instructor of Yoga and founder of the global Kemetic Yoga Movement. Yirser has worked with major companies training employees in stress management and wellness for the past 30 years. In addition to corporate stress management and wellness programs, YogaSkills offers Yoga teacher training and certification in Kemetic Yoga (Ancient Egyptian) through YogaSkills School of Kemetic Yoga. Yirser holds a masters degree in social service administration from the University of Chicago and has been featured in Ebony, Black Enterprise and has appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show.
