Twisha Mehta

As the Senior Impact Manager at Samasource, Twisha ensures the end-to-end implementation of the measurement and evaluation (M&E) system across 3 countries. Samasource’s unique social enterprise model blends impact, technology, and market-driven business. A large part of her work involves developing innovative data collection tools and indicators to analyze the social impact of the business model.

Drawing upon her experiences working in East Africa and Asia, Twisha champions the use of impact data and learnings to support Samasource’s ability to make strategic business decisions. Her role also involves cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and professional services teams to build out technology-based data collection tools and dashboards to ultimately drive decision making at each level of the organization.

Twisha brings over 8 years of experience managing evaluation and program implementation projects for non-profits, international organizations and social enterprises- including the United Nations, Kopernik and Indicorps. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers College and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Columbia University.
