Tiffany Ferguson
Tiffany Ferguson is the Executive Director of Women in Music Canada, the national non-profit association dedicated to fostering gender equality in the music industry.
Tiffany was previously the Program Manager of MuchFACT, Canada’s ground-breaking music video grant program which was a division of Bell Media Inc. She worked with the organization for over a decade, starting as Program Coordinator.
Prior to that she was the office manager for Canada’s oldest independent label, True North Records, and executive assistant to Bernie Finkelstein of Finkelstein Management (Former Chair and Founder of MuchFACT).
Tiffany’s music industry career began with internships at The Orange Record Label/Orange Lounge Recording Studio as well as The Feldman Agency.
Tiffany is currently involved in the community as a part of the Ontario Media Development Corporation (OMDC) Music Committee. She is also a former co-organizer of the Toronto Womxn in Music (TWIM), Board of Director for Women in Music Canada (WIM-C) and juror with the Canadian Independent Music Association (CIMA) International Talent Committee.
