Lenea Sims

Lenea Sims is the founder of self-care platform Gooey Girl where she explores how to get through the gooey bits of life using self-care modalities modern and ancient. She is known for her approachable and inclusive approach to wellness and, recently, Essence Magazine named her one of the "Self-Care Sistahs That Helped Redefine Wellness in 2017." Lenea is passionate about encouraging people to cultivate their own energetic health routines that heal their souls and uplift their lives.
