Gen Obata

Gen Obata is the Vice President of Retail Marketing & Operations at Estée Lauder, one of the leading prestige beauty brands known for its leadership in beauty innovation. Mr. Obata is the driving force behind delivering the Estée Lauder Omnichannel Retail Experience. He holds an M.B.A. from Cornell University and has a Bachelor of Law from the University of Tokyo. Mr. Obata joined Estée Lauder Companies in 2013.
