Melissa Chapman

Melissa Chapman is currently serving as Designer-in-Residence at the VA Center for Innovation, primarily focused on increasing veteran access to mental health services. Previously, she's worked as an interaction designer focused on user-centered product, software and service design at IBM, Blackboard, and Projekt202. Melissa is a professor at the Austin Center for Design, an educational institution focused on transforming society through design.
