Geraldine de Bastion

Based in Berlin, Geraldine de Bastion is currently the Global Digital Policy Advisor for the Heinrich Boell
Foundation, and is the International Director of the Global Innovation Gathering,
an international NGO supporting sustainable innovation and digital
development around the world. Geraldine's expertise is valued by public
institutions as well as Internet activists and bloggers around the
world. She is founder of the consulting agency konnektiv, which advsises
development and international relations organisations on digital
transformation issues and member of Digitale Gesellschaft e.V., which
fights for basic rights and consumer protection in the digital domain.
Each year she is highly in demand as a curator and presenter at the
international Internet conference re:publica.
