Paul Wiggins

Born in Portland, Oregon attended the University of Oregon from 92-97 on a full football athletic scholarship and was a four-year letterman as an offensive lineman for the University of Oregon, Graduated with a B.S. in Sociology; was drafted to the Pittsburgh Steelers in 97 and enjoyed a four-year NFL carrier also playing for the Washington Redskins and Denver Broncos; Past member of the US Black Chamber of Business Presidents Circle which recognizes the top minority business owners in the United States.

Currently Mr. Wiggins is CEO of Golden Ratio Management Services

Prior to Golden Ratio Mr. Wiggins was CEO of NACC, Inc. from 2008-2017; NACC started in 2008 with a focus on government contracting. Since 2010 NACC has done over $70M Gross in federal contracting work. NACC focused on the Department of Homeland Security which led us to an opportunity in 2008 to be involved with a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract via the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Our main relationship was with Boeing where NACC was responsible for integrating TSA owned hard assets security technology for the entire Western Region of the United State consisting of 156 Federal Airports.
