Nassima Dzair is the founder and CEO of InterBridge, an international social enterprise that educates youth into becoming impact agents and actively take part in their community and the plans for the future of their city.

Dzair’s career and passion has consisted in bridging the gap between sectors, cultures and individuals in order to create and implement solutions for more inclusive and sustainable societies. Empowering youth and women as catalysts of change has been her main focus.

She speaks five languages fluently, is a global citizen and is skilled with intercultural competence. She also has an interdisciplinary background in peace, health and organizational leadership. This makes her a unique facilitator and communicator.

She is a frequent speaker on sustainability, social innovation, leadership and entrepreneurship.

She held the opening speech at Oslo Innovation Week and hosted the conference. She was also the MC for Responsibility Works conference where she moderated a conversation with Richard Branson.

She is a frequent speaker at conferences and has been featured in several Tedx, Wikistage, Leadership conferences, Female Business Innovation and more.
