As founder of the innovation firestarter Bamboo Worldwide, Tracy has worked with R&D and Marketing leaders in 14+ countries on new product development pipeline strategies and concept development. Over the past 16 years, Bamboo has supported Fortune 100 clients including Wrigley/MARS, YUM!, Quaker, Pepsi, SC Johnson, Starbucks, Avery Dennison and Capital One, with its proven methodologies in consumer and lateral immersion, ideation and concept development to create BIG ideas.

Known for an extremely immersive experience, Bamboo’s proprietary process for conducting and synthesizing qualitative yields more meaningful insights. This process is one of Bamboo’s custom innovation training modules that support innovative cultures, where Tracy and her team teach clients how to better conduct consumer qualitative to fuel innovation.
