Ali Weiss

Ali Weiss is currently the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Glossier, a modern, digitally-native beauty brand made by editors who ‘get' what works and inspired by what girls want in real life. Prior to Glossier, Ali worked at BlackRock in financial institutions account management, corporate strategy, and as the chief of staff to the Head of iShares. She is passionate about the little things in life that make everyday better. Ali lives and works in New York City and is inspired by the idea of building a brand through conversations, community and peer-to-peer referral. She graduated from Stanford University and received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
