Tom Klein is MailChimp's Chief Marketing Officer. He is responsible for all of MailChimp’s marketing and strategic partnerships. An authority on digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand strategy, he has more than 20 years of experience working with some of the world’s leading brands, including Chanel and Kraft.
Before joining MailChimp, Tom was the founder and CEO of Digital Scientists, a digital marketing and software development firm. He’s co-author of the book Enterprise Marketing Management: The New Science of Marketing. Tom has an undergraduate degree from Emory University and two Master's degrees, one in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania's Lauder Institute and an MBA from The Wharton School.
