Marco Canora
Chef Marco is a James Beard Award–winning chef and restaurateur and cookbook author. Chef Canora has been doing his part to promote delicious, simple and healthful food that he believes is everyone’s birthright and is one of the most active, vocal culinary influencers in the food waste movement. His restaurant Hearth is the true embodiment of the farm-to-table movement which earned him the prestigious JBF awards for Best Chef and Best New Restaurant in NYC. Since opening Hearth, Marco has been a repeat guest on The Today Show and made appearances on the CBS Early Show, Martha Stewart, and ABC Nightline, and he was also a contestant on the Food Network’s Next Iron Chef.
