As a former Disney leader with a 34-year career in the Walt Disney World Company, Debbie held leadership positions for over 20 years in Restaurant Management, Human Resources, Training and Development, Customer Service, Production Manufacturing and Resort Operations.
With over five years experience working for The Disney Institute, Debbie designed and delivered bench-marking professional development programs for world class organizations such as Daimler-Chrysler, Boeing, Volvo Cars UK, Diageo, and GE.
