Baldomero Cuellar

Baldomero Cuellar, also known as “Frank” or “El Parrandero,” is the Executive Director, self-described Head Queso and founder of Rancho Alegre Radio. A native of East Austin, Frank’s passion for music extends across all genres, but Conjunto and Tejano have a special place in his heart. Whether he is interviewing legendary artists or planning a festival, he is always thinking of bigger, better ways to preserve and promote the music he loves, especially in his hometown. He is also a member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists.
