Julia Kong

Julia is an Oakland-based social entrepreneur and facilitator with a background in digital design and engineering. She is currently a Partner with Reflex Design Collective exploring the practice of design for social justice.

Before this, Julia was a design researcher at IBM Design putting humans at the center of technology.

At her alma mater, Washington University in St. Louis, she explored what it means to create spaces of belonging in a city with complex power dynamics.
