I'm a food journalist, recipe developer and cookbook author with more than 15 years of writing and editing experience as well as extensive training as a natural-foods chef. I'm a contributing editor with Clean Plates and the former food director of Health and All You magazines. I also teach one-on-one and group cooking classes as resident chef at Middleberg Nutrition, and I work with clients as a health coach, as well as offering group workshops on health-related topics such as clean eating, reducing sugar/cravings and self-care for busy people.
