Malavika Jayaram

Malavika is the inaugural Executive Director of the Digital Asia Hub, a Hong Kong based independent think tank incubated by the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University. In a previous life, she practised law at Allen & Overy, and was VP & Technology Counsel at Citigroup, both in London, England. She remains a Faculty Associate at the Berkman Klein Center, and is on the Advisory Board of the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC). Malavika was voted onto the Executive Committee of the IEEE Global Initiative for Ethical Considerations in Artificial Intelligence and Autonomous Systems.
