Kara Brown is a writer currently staffed on Freeform's Black-ish spinoff, Grown-ish. Previously, she was a senior writer for Jezebel where she covered pop culture, race, television and all things Real Housewives. Her work has also appeared in Glamour Magazine, Billboard and New York Magazine's The Cut. She is also a contributor to Shonda Rhimes' lifestyle site, Shondaland.com, and maintains FancyPastaBitch.com, a blog about her adventures making fresh pasta. Kara was featured as one of Forbes Magazine's 30 Under 30 in Hollywood and entertainment, class of 2018.
