Jason Lambert
My professional career spans 10 years in managerial roles in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. I teach undergraduate and MBA level courses covering human resources, leadership, workplace diversity, and organizational behavior, and my work on diversity has been presented at both regional and international conferences across the U.S. The emphasis of most of my research examines attitudes, values, beliefs and experiences of members from different identity groups, and how those factors affect organizational functioning in relation to early recruitment and selection, organizational identification and perceptions of diversity climate.
