Andrea Thomas
Andrea Thomas is a Senior Technical Project Manager for the Mobileye Intel Autonomous Car Group’s Silicon Valley Innovation Center. She began her journey in the autonomous car space as an automotive engineer at General Motors, where she held roles in the both the US and Canada, including product development and testing, troubleshooting and re-engineering on the manufacturing line, and math based modeling applications. She currently works on introduction and execution of operations strategy in Intel’s rapidly expanding autonomous car group, development of sustainable business processes, and as well as research of the autonomous vehicle industry to understand trends and opportunities. She is a holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard University, a Master’s in Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Michigan, as well and an MBA with a concentration in Strategy and Operations from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
