Caroline Horn

Caroline has worked as a Software Engineer at Indeed since early 2014. During this time, she has contributed to projects rooted in rapid product prototyping, data warehousing, business analytics, and presently front end software development on the Job Search Growth Team. Her work helps to both answer questions about job seeker engagement and retention and improve maintainability and scalability of Indeed's Job Search products. Outside of her engineering work, Caroline helps out as a Career Consultant with Indeed's Open House program, and is the Chair of Community Outreach for Indeed Austin's Women In Technology group. Outside of the office, Caroline is an avid cyclist and explorer of Austin's thriving food and music scenes.
