As United Airlines’ first chief storyteller and MD of digital engagement, Dana is helping shape UA’s story of renewal for a global and mobile audience. With a focus on storytelling curation, she oversees the airline’s internal news agenda and the HUB, United’s public-facing website. Additionally, she manages UA's video production, as well as its many social platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Even though the channels that deliver meaningful messages have changed dramatically during my career, she still believes that getting to the heart of what matters remains the same. Great stories with an authentic voice and a clear intention will always inspire and connect people around the world. Previously, Reinglass spent almost two decades producing and managing television programs for Oprah Winfrey and Harpo Studios. She was the executive producer for Emmy Award-winning series Oprah’s Lifeclass, a TV and social experience on OWN with Winfrey as a teacher. Through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Skype, Winfrey engaged with "lifeclassers" from more than 200 countries around the world. Lifeclass featured a companion online class, including actual course work on Oprah.com.
