Scott Harmon
Scott has a long track record in the founding and growth stages of technology-based businesses spanning 25+ years. From his early days with major tech firms such as H-P and IBM, Scott moved to Austin in the early 90s and was part of the formation, growth and IPOs of iconic software firms such as Tivoli Systems and Motive, the latter of which he co-founded. In the 'aughts', Scott shifted focus to commercial real estate related technology, which led him to found Noesis in 2011 (later sold to LeaseQ) to help help make the nation's stock of commercial buildings more energy efficient. In 2017 Scott co-founded Swivel, a new kind of technology-powered workspace management company. Swivel works with its commercial real estate partners to provide growing companies with alternatives to traditional do-it-yourself leasing and and workspace management, finally providing real estate that grows with you.
