Joy Brown is currently the Vice President of Advanced Analytic Applications with Optum Life Sciences. She leads a team that is transforming existing tool and application offerings into a software- and analytics-as-a-service platform, powered by OptumIQ.* She and her team have spent the past two years developing enterprise-wide applications geared to improve quality and outcomes.

As an executive for Vanguard Investment Management, she led the development of technology solutions for the company’s retail division. She also led its mid-size 401K market’s administration business. As a leader at General Electric for almost a decade, she and her teams enabled technology and process transformation.
