Jackie Jones

Jackie is an executive in Accenture’s Design and Innovation agency, called Fjord, which has 25+ studios globally. In addition she has 10+ years of human capital and organization design consulting experience which has led to unlocking growth potential for her clients across all industry groups. Through leading client and project teams, she partners with clients to bring a human lens to strategic problem solving, married with business realities. Jackie loves the intersection of design and people, and how those manifest themselves to create a “living business.” Design can be the catalyst of organizational transformation. Jackie has undergraduate degrees in Art History and Business from the University of San Diego, and MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School.
