Reid Goetz

With more than 10 years of experience, Reid Goetz serves as vice president of Hillwood, performing a key role in the marketing and leasing of the industrial, office, and land assets within the 26,000-acre masterplanned development, AllianceTexas. Applying a broad knowledge of business development and commercial real estate project planning, Goetz works with new and existing corporate residents to identify and implement site selection opportunities. Goetz has successfully negotiated solutions for such well-known brands as Facebook, General Electric Company, and Samsung Electronics. Active in the commercial real estate community, Goetz serves on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth (RECGFW) and is a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC), North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Urban Land Institute, and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. Goetz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
