Todd Kaplan is VP of Marketing at PepsiCo leading the company’s multi billion dollar US Water Portfolio.  During the past two years, Todd has transformed PepsiCo’s approach to water by successfully launching new brands such as LIFEWTR (premium water) and bubly (sparkling water).  PepsiCo has since become the #1 driver of growth in the water category, and LIFEWTR alone became the #1 US beverage innovation of 2017 delivering over $200MM in sales in its first year.  Todd is passionate about building brands that have a strong brand purpose and constantly looks for ways to authentically connect them to consumers and culture through breakthrough marketing creative.  Over the years, Todd has been profiled on the cover of Event Marketer magazine and named as one of the country’s 40 most innovative marketers under 40 years old by Brand Innovators.
 
Throughout his leadership roles at PepsiCo, Todd has consistently brought creativity, strategic thinking, and passion, whether leading marketing for Mountain Dew, overseeing Pepsi’s NFL and MLB sponsorships, or creating disruptive new beverage innovation products.  Prior to joining Pepsi, Todd worked for Millsport LLC, a sports marketing consultancy, where he oversaw the VISA International business.  Todd holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University, and an MBA from Yale University.
