Justin Simonich

Justin Simonich is a production and animation professional with over a decade of experience. He took an early liking to art which he expressed by drawing all over the walls of his parents’ house. He pursued his love of art by studying at the University of Massachusetts, followed by Vancouver Film School, where he honed his animation skills. For the past 7 years, Justin has worked as an Associate Producer at Sesame Workshop on the Sesame Street English program, a multimedia English language learning program. In addition to working on Sesame Street English, he was recently the director for “We’re Amazing, 1, 2, 3!” animation, part of Sesame Street’s Emmy-nominated autism initiative; he directed “Words with Puffballs” for Sesame Workshop’s YouTube channel, Sesame Studios, and is Animation Director for the new five-minute episodes of “Elmo’s World”, part of season 47 of “Sesame Street”. Justin currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and two kids.
