Colin Rushing

Colin Rushing is responsible for overseeing legal proceedings and handling the regulatory and legal issues necessary for SoundExchange’s daily operations. Before joining SoundExchange, Colin was an attorney at WilmerHale in Washington, D.C., where his focus was intellectual property and media law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison University and his Juris Doctor from the University Of Virginia School Of Law. After graduating from law school, Colin clerked for The Honorable T.S. Ellis III on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
