Bea Koramblyum

As the newly promoted Vice President of Business Affairs at Downtown Music Publishing, Bea heads up Downtown’s business and legal affairs department, both with respect to external negotiations and internal affairs. In her role, Bea oversees the drafting and negotiations of Downtown's wide range of publishing administration, co-publishing, acquisition, joint venture and new media agreements on behalf of all domestic and international offices. Prior to joining Downtown, Bea was a paralegal with Davis Shapiro Lewit & Hayes where she was involved in the day-to-day business affairs of many high profile songwriters and recording artists. In addition to her work for Downtown, she has served on the Board of Directors for Women In Music as an Events Co-Chair for the last five years.
