Israel Kandarian

Israel Kandarian leads our design team on the West Coast as the Executive Creative Director, defining our overall vision and charting the course for our design studio. Providing direction to our senior design leads, mentorship to our junior staff, and directly leading the pitch team are his daily duties.

Israel has nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Southern California of Architecture (SCI-Arc) and a Master of Architecture degree from Princeton University. Israel’s passion for the social anthropology of shopping and consumer behavior, combined with his deep understanding of brand development has earned him influential roles on the brand side as well as the agency side. He has worked with world class brands such as Nike, Hurley, Converse, Levi’s, Prada, Arc’teryx, Google and Beats by Dre, among others.

When not in the studio or on a plane, Israel can be found surfing or binge watching guilty pleasure TV with his wife and three dogs.
