Jason Bernstein

Jason Bernstein is Senior Counsel for AEG Presents and provides legal advice and counseling to the company’s subsidiaries and affiliates including Concerts West (Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney), Goldenvoice (Coachella, Desert Trip, Arroyo Seco Weekend) Madison House Presents (Electric Forest), and Messina Touring Group (Taylor Swift, Eric Church, George Strait).

With experience as both a concert promoter and a litigator, Jason has developed a knack for finding creative solutions, working with artists, agents, venues, sponsors, and ticket buyers. He now oversees insurance claims, intellectual property issues, contracts, and various other matters.

Jason has spoken at the American Bar Association’s Annual Meeting in New York (2017), the International Talent Buyers Association (IEBA) Annual Meeting (2016,2017, and 2018), the ABA Forum on Entertainment & Sports Law (2014), the Orange County Bar Association, Southwestern Law School, Loyola Law School, and in many courtrooms.

Jason graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a BS in Recreation Management and earned his JD from Loyola Law School. He lives in Los Angeles and is admitted to practice in California and Arizona.
