Skot Welch is the Founder of the Mosaic Film Experience a platform that uses digital media to allow students to tell their unique stories and equip them with the critical thinking, collaborative and creative skills necessary for career preparedness. He also is Founder/Managing Partner of Global Bridgebuilders (GBB) a results focused organization comprised of a team of individuals with extensive experience in the development and implementation of sustainable, process focused cultural competency, inclusion initiatives. This is accomplished through comprehensive assessment, measurement and sustainable diversity systems development. GBB delivers solutions to the tough issues that organizations face such as: employee engagement, supplier diversity development and management, global diversity, multi-ethnic marketing and the strengthening of sales/distributor force to thrive in the competitive global and multicultural marketplace.
