Majo is the Lead Host & Executive Producer of Heroine.fm – a podcast which features top women leaders and risk-takers with an emphasis on women in design, tech, and business. With 400,000+ downloads, Heroine.fm has been featured in iTunes New & Noteworthy, as #2 in the “Design,” Top 10 in “Arts,” and Top 200 in all podcast categories. Guests have landed amongst headlines such as The New York Times, TED, Forbes, TechCrunch, etc. and featured legends like Isabel Allende, Eileen Fisher, and Debbie Millman.

As a FastCoDesign contributor, Majo has written about the gender gap in design and tech and how women leaders can learn to handle criticism like true bosses. After the election, she wrote a piece called “Let Women Express Feelings at Work,” for 99U Mag.
